Scientific innovation and murder

Just got a fascinating e-mail about my previous post citing the relationship between the heuristics innovation from Kepler and the research resources from Tycho Brahe. The e-mail pointed me to the book Heavenly Intrigue, which proposes the theory that Kepler actually poisoned and ultimately killed Brahe just to get his research data. Well, I guess boredom is definitely not a characteristic of the path linking resources and heuristics towards scientific innovation!
